About Us

OUR VALUES

Service Above All – Our internal management structure encourages MBP team members to take personal ownership throughout a client’s real estate process.  This flexibility allows personalized service that is more nimble and thoughtful than traditional real estate firms.

Relationships Are Our Purpose – Other competing firms focus on commission goals per quarter or month. We recognize that this is not beneficial to our clients, so we do not have commission goals.  Instead, we create an on-going relationship and work to be a resource by keeping up-to-date on best practices, staying knowledgeable about our market, and being accessible. We believe what is good for you is also good for us.

Consulting Approach To Brokerage – We understand our clients live with the decisions made during their real estate transaction.  We take a look at the larger operational picture, not just the single transaction, in order to set the client up for success.

We Are Collaborative – Madison Bay Properties’ culture creates a positive atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration that puts the client first.
